I read this in grade six I think, for a novel study. Recently I found it at a used bookstore and knew I wanted to read it again to see if I loved it this time as much as I loved it the first time.
I have never read Treasure Island - I own it and it's on a list for my new book club to read in 2020 during one month - but this book is so cute and childish I can't help but love it!
In this book, Sage's uncle that's been on so many adventures finally gets to take him along with him. They go flying off and Uncle Duncle tells Sage that he has this magic stone that will take them anywhere they want to go. Time and place. It will transport them anywhere. They just need the momentum of the plane (falling) to get there.
Sage panics and they get stuck on Treasure Island, right in the middle of the story.
I'll probably have more to say after I finally read the actual Treasure Island but I love this book so much I don't think I'll ever get rid of it.
If you'd like me to read/ review a book, just leave a comment below! I'll try not to give too many spoilers or give too much away while reviewing the books, but if I do, also let me know so I can give warnings to anyone who hasn't read the books before. I appreciate all feedback, but please be respectful on constructive criticism.
Everyone's opinions are valuable so please don't make anyone feel terrible for having their own opinion on a book. Just because it's different from yours does not mean it's the wrong opinion.
