The Pirates Wish by Cassandra Rose Clarke is just as amazing as the one before.
Despite the lack of (admitting to herself) romance in the first book, this second book has no lack of heartfelt moments.
Still with the same goals in mind but with a little twist, the two main characters in this book fall for each other and stay connected while knowing their time together isn't forever.
Background characters (can't remember their names) who happen to be in love is an amazing side story and I kind of wish Cassandra would write a Novella or something along those lines about these two characters. I find their relationship very interesting and I could only hope for good things to come for them in their future (together).
Also the cover is equally as pretty.
(Just had to add that in there.)
This book progressed much faster than the first (in my opinion) and I loved every second of it. Some dreams came through and my OTP worked things out. Everything in me was screaming for more (still is).
Again, my book hangover for this book lasted probably three months or longer. Longest book hangover I've ever had in my life.
This is probably my favourite duology in the world. I honestly don't think that any other two books could measure up in my mind. I recommend everyone to read this because it's just so good.
Character development on point. (Just saying.) Learning how to operate a pirate ship and accepting oneself as we are. My OTP grows up so fast (tear).
If you'd like me to read/ review a book, just leave a comment below! I'll try not to give too many spoilers or give too much away while reviewing the books, but if I do, also let me know so I can give warnings to anyone who hasn't read the books before. I appreciate all feedback, but please be respectful on constructive criticism.
Everyone's opinions are valuable so please don't make anyone feel terrible for having their own opinion on a book. Just because it's different from yours does not mean it's the wrong opinion.
